ATTN: 80% percent of Americans fail to get enough exercise (According to new study by US Health & Human Services). For the first time in 10 years the federal government has made new recommendations on exercise: • adults need strength training two or more days a week. • adults also need 2 1/2 hours - five hours a week of moderate intensity exercise or 1 hour, 15 minutes to 2 ½ hours of intense activity every week.
