I know because even after 20 years in human performance, I’ve burned out a solid 4x and got to heal my own nervous system to finally become burnout proof.

As a nervous system specialist, I know that resilience is not about working out more, breathing deeper or meditating longer. In fact, nervous system health is about mapping stress patterns and charting a flexible personal energy roadmap. Everyday is different so everyday has different needs.

Most people know this but it is also where people can get stuck. I help you take the guesswork out.

  • Short check-in to clarify how one is arriving.

  • New skill(s) introduction and mini neuroeducation

  • Skill development, a pathway to mastery, and real-time application to life.

  • Assignment to practice and stay curious.

  • Recap email with video or audio practices.

  • Check-in between sessions via an online portal.
