Joe Hook

Director of Human Performance

Joe’s passion for human performance was born out of his lifelong participation in athletics. He played football at the University of Tennessee at Martin and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Health and Human Performance.

Joe worked with EXOS (formerly Athletes Performance) in 2012, training professional athletes, NFL combine participants and elite tactical operators. He continued his work in Cincinnati, training multiple professional and amateur athletes and heading injury rehabilitation programs for injured veterans.

He has consulted and presented on the subject of human performance and sustainable health for health organizations and corporate audiences alike. Joe aims to provide clients with solutions by focusing on movement mechanics, progressive training, recovery, nutrition and a balanced lifestyle.
