    I want to devote my entire life to helping people make the best versions of their selves.

    I’ve worked on many different things. Bicycles, dirt bikes, jeeps, cars, homes, humans.

    Pass my dog Daryl in the hallway on his way to take my spot in bed.

    I can fall asleep anywhere.

    Ride adventure motorcycle from the states to the tip of South America. Tierra del Fuego.

    A good mix of Three Six Mafia and Frank Sinatra.

    Me trying to mimic Joe Rogan’s ‘wtf’ face.

  16. What is one thing that people would be surprised to know about you?
    I’m scared of roller coasters.

    My late dog Rocky (to remind me of patience).

    Organic arabica dark roast French pressed with Kerry-gold butter or heavy cream, colostrum, organic vanilla, brain octane...

  19. What is your favorite memory of RHP to date?
    Having a camping session with children tents.

  20. What is your favorite part about teaching fitness classes?
    Being around amazing people that constantly remind me why we do what we do. I literally love you all, you’ve helped change my life in ways I would have never imagined.

  21. What is the best advice that you’ve ever received?
    When you’re done, can’t go anymore... you stand up and keep fu**ing grinding.
