Chris is a founding partner whose life has always revolved around mechanics and now biomechanics. Chris spent his life as a builder - working with cars, commercial structures and everything in between. Naturally, his drive to improve his own structure led him to a career in physical training.
Chris has spent time with multiple organizations as a personal and group trainer and certified through the C.H.E.K. Institute. He helps his clients improve strength, mobility, health, nutrition and resistance to injury by cultivating a training atmosphere that is personalized, supportive and professional. He provides clients with expert instruction to ensure that all members can safely an effectively achieve those important personal goals.
